Stephen Lipshaw

Stephen Lipshaw is an Summer Associate at Fresh Coast Climate Solutions. Stephen previously worked at Stellantis, formerly Fiat-Chrysler Automobiles (FCA), for almost three years. While there he worked to identify and implement continuous improvements to Stellantis’ raw material purchasing system. He also co-led an international team tasked with aligning the global raw material processes. Stephen is knowledgeable in manufacturing processes and the circular economy from his work experiences, classes, and certifications. He also has experience performing life-cycle assessments (LCA).

Stephen holds a bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University in Applied Engineering Sciences, with a concentration in Supply Chain Management. He is currently a graduate student at the University of Michigan pursuing dual master’s degrees in the Environment and Sustainability with a concentration in Sustainable Systems, and in Manufacturing Engineering with a concentration in Manufacturing Design & Sustainability. He offers a strong technical background and utilizes systems thinking in his work and is always looking for an improved method or innovative solution to complex problems
